Last month i do endoscopy and in report its found gastrisis problem.what should i do to solve my gastrisis problem?

I am having loose motion since a week. However, i dont have urgency to motion everyday, but when i go to motion, it will be a loose motion. I used 2 Cestil AD tablets ans Loperamide tablet, but the problem is the same.

I am having heavy constipation issue. Even I tried Milk of Magnesia but I am unable to pass stool. Sometimes I see blood during stool passing. Since last one week I am unable to pass stool.

I am having piles. No bleeding or ithing. Only issue is difficulty in stool passing. Even if the stool is soft but I always feel something is stucked thats why stool is not passing properly. I have to go washroom several time a day still I feel constipated.

I have severe GERDS and lax hytus hernia in last 4 years My gastroenterologyst advise me Fundoplication surgery so want to know best laparoscopic surgeon for this surgery

I have pain in center of chest and abdomen. Pain in the back also.Sometimes in shoulder as well. I have pricky feeling in my throat on left side.

My mother age 46, My mom's stomach hurts, There is stomach ache while eating some food...Please suggest what to do ?

Hi I have fatty liver and it's got reduced from Grade 3 to Grade 1 when I check up in the month of July end and ALT value is also little high (fluctuate between 80 to 100) and I am using the medicines like Ursocol 150 and EVion 200..I don't see any abodominal issues in last 1.5 years...but with in last 2 weeks I feel uncomfortable in the Abdominal 2 times, when I take the food like Paneer magestic ,Carrot fry and Veg burger.... I am worrying that is there any major issue happening in my Abdominal.. Kindly suggest me how to get rid of this issue.
