Hi doctor, I am facing issues with incomplete motions. There is this feeling of incomplete emptying of the bowels. At times my stomach gets bloated. I feel some obstruction in my rectal area and seems like rectal muscles contract. I had fistula in ano, as there is no pus or blood discharge or pain around the area since a couple of years. Is this Anismus/ Dyssynergic Defecation or after affects of fistula in ano?

I got a USG to check for fatty liver. Report said Grade I fatty liver. Mild pericholecystic echogenic cuffing? Old hepatitis sequale and no other Abnormality. What do these mean? Pls clarify

Dear sir / mam 20 days ago I did blood tests and bilirubin level is .8 and direct bilirubin level .2 . Now a days I have a problem of stomach pain. Sometimes it is intense in morning after take breakfast with tea. Afternoon it is ok. Pain occurred at liver side, in centre and right and left side of abdomen.
