3 to 4 times stool
Daily passing stool 3 to 4 times.first time normal then jelly type.no stomach pain,cramps,colour normal,urge to go toilet half to one hour after meals.sometimes little mucus also seen.this condition lasts from last 3 weeks.taking one capsule pre and prebiotic daily for last 5 days .no improvement. Chronic constipation
I have had constipation since 2-3 years. It is mostly mild but increases sometimes. 2 months ago I had blood in stool, I was prescribed laxative to soften stool and it went after a week. I still have very hard stools sometimes and incomplete bowel movement. Is there any ayurvedic solution to this?
