Stomach Problems & Remedies

My mom has got severe gastric and stomach ache and burning. It usually occurs once in a three months. But it lasts for 3 days minimum after taking medicine and proper dosage. Scanning has been done to check any ulcers or infection. But everything is normal. A gynacologist and physician was consulted. Even after taking Rantac injection it's not normal. Can someone suggest.

Bowel regulator like Softovac, Cremadiet are these effective for IBD patient? What to use if these do not clear stool?

I was suffering from fever that was 101-10 2 degrees for 2 days initially I observed some pain in my feet and  swelling intensified with time and fever started increasing 104 degrees. the fever went away in 4 days but the swelling remain persistent. my doctor suggested me to do a dengue test on the second day of fever but the results were negative the platelet at that time of the test was 155000 .but when the swelling did not cure my doctor suggested me some kidney test lft blood test and TSH values I got the report today and the platelet is 78000 SG OT is 168 sgpt is 128 ESR is 30 ggt is 78 thyroid values and all other values are ok.there is immense pain in the joints of the body and extreme weakness during the fever my doctor prescribed me calpol 650 and I had taken 4 to 5 of them because the fever was consistent please let me know what is causing all this symptoms my leg swelling and the pain is still persistent fever  has gone but swelling and weakness is still there .
