I am looking for a healthy mid day office snack/ meal at around 5.30 pm everyday. I suffer from constipation sometimes. I want to know if I have moong dal and oats khichri with veggies ( carrot and beans) for office snack, will it in anyway lead to constipation? As per my knowledge oats has fibre and thus relieves constipation. So kindly help me understand if vegetable moong dal and oats khichri can cause constipation or I can have it. Thank you.

No these do not cause constipation.
Untill unless it is one of the readymade commercially available 2 minutes cook and ready ones.
Also oats do have fibres but not as good fibre as some other better fibre food options. But it is too much advertised these days.
