From last 2 months, i suffering by changes in bowel frequency. Its making me to go toilet approx 2-3 hours once. In Max instances, motion will not happen but i feel to go toilet. Burning sensation at anus area. Felt tired

I have been on treatment for gastritis since January 18, i was sleeping on time during college but now my 3rd prof exams are approaching and i couldn't sleep on time from last 20 days. I'm sleeping at 4-5am and wake up at 2-3pm. I'm feeling worried this will again ruin my health again whichever is somewhat improved. I think i have 'generalised anxiety disorder'. Deltone60( dexlansoprazole 60mg), Tab. Prebel-n(Pregablin 75mg +nortriptyline 10mg).
