Greetings docs, My sonography report says that i have mild hepatomegaly. Is this any kind of serious issue? My blood reports are normal. And my LFT REPORT SAYS Lactate hydro something is 241 ie high. Rest has normal values. And if i hit on my chest i feel pain in it and pain doesn't go easily.

Kindly prescribe medicine for nausea like symptoms ... ... ... .m ... ... ... ... ... ..m... ... ...

I don't know exact problem, I think it's surely related to stomach! Whenever I Eat I Feel Tiredness sleepiness after I eat! and also I can feel/hear my heart beat through chest it's not fast beat it's a heavy beat! Somedays I feel good and somedays I feel very tired and sleepy during the day after I eat. I feel little very mild pain or discomfort in stomach! Is this really related stomach problem? Or related to heart problem? Is this anything serious? How can I find the exact problem/doctor? What should I do next?? This is in regard to my mother who is suffering from stomachache for past 20 days. This happens after two hours of her eating... The pain is so bad that she starts to sweat... Sometimes she will have watery loose motions. She had a video conference with doctor but it is of no use. She also had an appointment with another doctor but again the medicines prescribed (unienzyme, norflox, sporolac, cyclopam) for three day again after the course she has severe pain. The pain is usually in the upper part of stomach and sometimes the whole stomach aches. Can anyone please advice a medicine where her problem will be solved completely... Due to covid we cannot take her outside as she is 70 years old and the government has told old people to avoid going out. Two years back she had gallbladder removed. Last year she had right total knee replacement Please help me. Thanks
