Sir last year's when I was working in abroad hotel i eat many oily  thing i became over weight that time my weight was 110 kg I'm 6 feet tall guy that time I have a minor faty liver non alcoholic grade 1 that time my sgot is 282 and sgpt is 172 And after doing exercise and doing briskly walk and eating boil food with a litle salt no sugar intake till now  i lost my weight now I'm 76 kg now My sgot is 23 Sgpt is 17 Alkaline phosphate is 110 Total bilburin is 0.9 Bilburin direct is 0.7 Bilburin indirect is 0.2 In present Im. Not taking any unexpected medicine Only taking a turmeric green tea of a vedalam brand And only taking a amlycure ds syrup 2 time in a rat and I want to ask a one question In my diet will I add apple cider vinegar of a infilite brand It is good in a faty liver or not Plz guide me

How do we have to take the medicine.and for how many days? Do I have to do any tests? Is the name of the medicine pantocid?

Few days when my mother eats food ,abdominal cramps start for few minutes and than normal.She already have gall bladder removal operation in past.She have thyriod  & diabetes also.

I am experiencing pain in throat , jaw and spine from past 1 week and it comes and goes. It feels like as if the gas is coming up in food pipe and while this happens my whole spine starts paining and lower jaw . What is it ? Does the gas comes up this way ? Why my spine pains when this happens ?

I had GERD problm from one month I change my life style .. eating habit now the acid making in stomach is decreasing but I have esphagael motility disorder can I take loperamide medicine for this thnks ! I m in Europe n don't get medicine which is available in India !

Hello, I am experiencing IBS with constipation for last few months. Can vizylac capsules (with only lactic acid bacillus) be helpful as probiotic supplement? If so, please let me know the dosage. Thanks.

My mother has loose motion since last 4 months however, they are off and on. She consulted a few dr.s and when it increased the medicine did help to reduce the frequency from 2-3 times to once a day, but the motion is not normal. Is it a normal condition...could it be because of increased body heat.Menopause occurred a few years back

I was a skinny boy... but due to depression ,i had to visit psychiatrist... so i continued his medicines...on 15 march i was with flat abdomen & stomach and flat body... but on 16th march , suddenly my area below chest got bloated or swollen...it was like my abdomen lose grip with my body...i was taking air till stomach , i was feeling air... so i had sonography but nothing was there, everything was ok... after that for almost 1 year, when i used to stand ,my back started paining above hip region... and now when i get stomach full, i cant stand... i cant eat more or something... its not that " pet nikal aaya" .. its in between abdomen... abdomen is clearly visible now... i miss my skinny days with flat stomach... what should i do now??...how to get back flat stomach like before... please tell me my problem

I was diagnosed with abdominal t.b (ct scan and biopsy of lymphnode) in sep 2019 since I have been on ATT (r cinex 600 , combutol 800, 1 multivitamin and pyzina 750 for first 2 month) and few other antibiotics and anti acidic medicine for some time . But after first three month my food intake gradually decreased due to abdominal pain I was admitted in hospital due to severe pain in stomach in Nov 2019 since I have lost 15 kg . I am always hungry but can't eat much cause of stomach discomfort and pain,when I eat more there is pain in upper abdomen spacially left and right part it increase while i touch it or move or bend(any kind of pressure on stomach) I take buscogast and medigas regularly to suppress it but still can't take normal diet. There are swollen lymph nodes in my stomach  which regressed very less in size (12×22 to 10x20 in 9 months) even after 10 month of medication. My stool color is close to black but bowl movements are normal. Please suggest can it be something else.
