Stomach burn after take food and gastric problem and  one blister in mouth one month and food is not digest plz suggest

I am suffering from epigastric pain and feels like swelling beneath the lower chest,bad breath ,gas in stomach,foul stool,indigestion took pantaprazole for 1 months no relief I think I am suffering from some type of infection,

Plz advise stomach burn after take food and one blister in mouth from one month and GERD problem because acid increase in stomach plz suggest food this time...

After eating food excess saliva coming out of mouth. Pain in lower chest region. No symptoms of cold, cough and fever. Sometimes pain in upper chest and also back of left chest region.used medica tion monocef Cv O 325 and montec lc for 6 days.From the past 6 days using pantap D 1time.Excess saliva coming out of mouth after taking food,heavyness after taking lunch or dinner.sometimes pain in chest region sometimes lower chest and sometimes upper chest region and also back of chest left side. I have a problem of incomplete bowel evacuation since many days. I can't evacuate completely in morning or anytime. sometimes it is clear stool but most of the times its not. Also sometimes feel burning sensation after passing stool but no diarrhoea. Plz help

Sir I have a problem first I have too much gas problem acid. This from last 7 days I take medicine from doctor. He said it's acid reflux and give me medicine . I take medicine from last 5 days . Medicine sompraz plus , sompraz d40 and vizylac and super spas syrup. I take it properly but . Some time with this I could not even breathe Properly. It's too much . What can I do please suggest me and also pain in upper chest. I am very scared . From this I am always tired. Please give me solution. I don't eat anything spicy or fried also. But same pro lem.

I had my colonoscopy done in 2018 & the result was non specific ileitis (clean based multiple small ileal ulcers) . I took treatment for six months & cured. Now I am fine not having any issue despite small mucus coating on the stool. I am 80 kg weight. My query is whether this problem may relapse in future or I have been permanently cured. P.S.- before arising out of this problem in 2018 I had some episodes of typhoid fever.

Hello everyone, Since the last two days, I'm having one - two episodes of loose stools right after I eat breakfast. I have my first bowel movement in the morning as soon as I wake up and that is normal in consistency. After i eat my breakfast, which is usually just fruits, I have stomach cramps and loose stools. This is happening since 2 days. What could be causing this?

After a meal going for toilet so is there any issues for health. Poop going like green colour. Please advise what should I do?
