Stomach Problems & Remedies

I'm facing the problem of reflux and heartburn from last 5 years. I've gone for endoscopy 2 times. I've attached copies. doctors say, i have Gastritis. I've changed my lifestyle, stopped eating oily food, I don't smoke, no drinking. I do exercises regularly. I've taken n number of medicines but position is same as it is. I feel reflux all the time and heartburn.I've consulted many doctors, but I haven't got any solution I'm attaching consultations. Please help what to do, i'm fed up of all this. Should i go for surgery?

I'm experiencing Stomach discomfort, back pain, and mild stomach pain for past 2 months, Whenever I eat after sometimes I feel discomfort in stomach and tiredness! Especially when I sit and lay down for sleep Sometimes I feel bottom stomach pain! Whenever I feel tiredness I can hear my heart beat! I experiance this for past 2 months I don't know what is the exact problem and whome (which speciality) I should consult! I'm very much worried is this related to anything serious! What are the tests necessary to find the problem?

Iam not able to sleep properly since last 6 months,and my lower stomach is paining, especially at night.... Had stomach pain yesterday on right side below rib cage about 2 inches to right of navel. Dull pain. History of kidney stones, low vit d levels, mild fatty liver, mild tyroid issue, gastric problem. As of now pain subsided. Can I take any pain killer like ultracet or Chitrakala syrup.

From past 1 month, me and my mother are facing gerd issues. We have almost same symptoms, after having our meals, the food seems to stuck in our throat and chest and causes discomfort with sometimes pain in the chest. After eating anything, it causes a pricking sensation in the throat, that food is coming into the mouth, could it be due to some infection , cause we both r facing the same and are very depressed. We also took a course of medication and felt better but after stopping it, again started. Also feel anxiety and panic attacks. Please advise.
