Stomach Problems & Remedies

Suffering from heartburn from last 20 day ,done a Endoscopy reports are attached.Tense about the Heartburn which comes back every day at the evening time,or while lying down.SGOT SGPT are 100 each .Done Echo ,ECG,CBC ,LFT,GFR,CPK,CPKMb all are normal . No Alcohol or Smoking Use to have a lot JUNK foods.

Sir Im. A grade 1 fatty liver non alcoholic Today I done my lft test my sgot is 24 and sgpt is 14 my total bilburin is 1.74 bilburin direct is 0.90 bilburin indirect is 0.84 Total alkaline pospatase is 248 acording to a lab  report 290 is normal in alkaline pospatase Plz tell me last month I consult a gastralogy doctor they prescribe me ursocol 300 mg to reduce it my sgot and sgpt level and bilburin level  after eating a medicine it became normal my sgot sgpt level bilburin level became normal i stop the medicine and now after doing a today lft  test my sgot sgpt level became normal. Only my bilburin level get litle up plz help me Can i continue using that ursocol 300 mg medicine now or I will stop it taking that medicine plz clear it Plz prescribe me some good medicine For reducing a bilburin level

From last one month I am feeling breathlessness and sore throat which make me cough some of the time with anxiety which make wake early in morning .Earlier consult with pulmonary doctor and had antibiotics had chest X-ray but as per doctor it was normal and there is some chance of LRTI the problem persist when I do gargle it feels good but the problem is still there most of time I feel something is stuck in my throat which seems like phlegm. But the cough is dry . After eating there some pain which travel in body most of time in both chest and back . Kindly suggest

Hi Doctor, My sister has incisional hernia issue. She had a laparoscopic surgery 7 years before and now it seems it is again repeated. The latest report shows incisional hernia with defect size 2 cm , and with bowel herniating. She is planning to undergo surgery again need suggestions if open surgery is best or laparoscopic in future, so that recurrence won't happen. Request you to please provide the suggestion. And what are precautions to be taken in the future. She complaints about discomfort in stomach , pain and increased lower abdominal region. If we go for open surgery , will the problem won't recur in future. The first surgery she had was laparoscopic and at that time the defect size was around 7 cm... please suggest

Hi docs, Pre- pro biotics and unienzyme can take together? And for how many days/weeks/months can we take that? Every day two times or only one day ? After or before food? Pls help. Thanks

After eating almost every meal, I get these burps which feel really like acid like and it's sour and my throat feels irritated. Really frequent acid reflux everyday and this gets worse at night time. Is there any dietary changes I should be making or any meds to help with it other than the normal antacids I have been taking to help with it?
