I'm taking sucralfate suspension syrup morning and night. Please suggest me how much ml should I take after food.

Hi one day suddenly I felt uneasiness when I had fish and vomited. From next day onwards I felt fatigue, fever, weakness and digestion problem. Slowly I was feeling pain on stomach walls at random places and my weight decreased from 64 to 59kgs in one month. I visited doctor and undergone all tests endoscopy, colonoscopy, CT scan, stool test, hydrogen breath test, liver profile, thyroid test and then doctor said everything normal and also he said you are suffering from IBS. I get lot of burps, heart burn, pain on random places in stomach due to gas. I am taking Razo D and probiotics and still I have digestion problem along with excessive gas. Also I am on BRAT diet. Please suggest what is my real issue. I have to eat a lot to maintain my weight 59 to 60 kgs. I lost fatigue and weakness but excess gas creates lot of problem mainly heart burn, it is daily problem and I am fed up with it. I am also getting neck pain every day

I use to vomit a lot then i get operates for appendix evn after the surgery i use to vomit so since 2016 i started taking acidity medication in morning empty stomach daily and evn i go to latrine 5 or 6 time in a day can u help me

Have lft done and found sgpt(108) &sgot(53),rest are normal and also platelets count 147.have mild burning after meal and i m alcoholic.test fr anti hcv and hbs ag are non reactive.kindly suggest in this lockdown

Last one month I have grade A reflux esophagitis. And LES normal 40 cms. ANTRUM mild hyperemia present.. What can i do for this disease..for permanent cure.

I have sometimes stabbing pinch like sharp on second pain in left chest. I am taking DEXLANSOPRAZOLE 60MG daily from last 2 weeks for it. These symptoms have got better but are still there. How much time does I should continue this antacid. And how much time does this heartburn take to heal

I have gastric problem from last 1 month... when ever i eat something ..i felt something stuck in my throat...all the times burp comes out...I feel like suffocation.. when ever i tried to sleep its feels something creates in my throat..like a large volume of gas..so I can't sleep all night...I am taking pantoprazole and carmozyme.. but I can't see any differences..I feel inside that my chest is heavy and sometimes I feel heat burn in my chest...my stool comes in a liquid form...m feeling very helpless...I have sinus problem from last 10 years...I want to sleep but can't sleep... because of incomplete sleep m psychologically feeling very depressed... burp and suffocation in my throat is biggest problems I faced..plzz help me.. which doctors I consult..plzz let me know.. thank you..

Lft done today with 92 sgpt,58 sgot,total bilburin-1.2 Indirect bilburin .89 ,idb-.89,pt time-16 sec and inr 1.2 alkaliy phosphate 140,my gastro has advised ursodeoxycholic and cirrosam 400  for 10 day.is there any seriousness and am i getting right prescription.doc has not advised any ultrasound and any other imaging.what is this condition and i m alcoholic and consuming 350 ml four times in a week from two months.
