Lft done today with 92 sgpt,58 sgot,total bilburin-1.2
Indirect bilburin .89 ,idb-.89,pt time-16 sec and inr 1.2 alkaliy phosphate 140,my gastro has advised ursodeoxycholic and cirrosam 400 for 10 day.is there any seriousness and am i getting right prescription.doc has not advised any ultrasound and any other imaging.what is this condition and i m alcoholic and consuming 350 ml four times in a week from two months.

Possibility of alcoholic fatty liver disease. Kindly get sonography of abdomen ( for liver size and echotexture) done. Also get your HBsAg and Anti HCV blood test done. Can meet a gastroenterologist or do an online video consultation with the reports
