Whenever after eating i try to sleep my stomach makes me unhappy it beats and i cant sleep ... i have done all tests but i found everything negative so why is it so

I always have fatigue and weakness..after waking up it worsen..my stool is not clear properly everytime and mucus is also there...there are some nuerological problem also..doctor says that I have IBS with anxiety disorder... my usg shows my liver is growing little bit and endoscopy is normal..but taking many medicines with many tests for years  nothing happening.. recently I showed that my medicines like rejunex cd3 whole tablet is present in my stool..I noticed it many times as it is a big hard tablet..so i started swallow it as broken ..but I noticed that half of tablet sometimes in the stool again...i didn't notice the small tablets as the are small..I didn't understand what is the issue..and is this the reason that taking many medicines for many months nothing happening as my medicines didn't dissolved in my body ???

Hi doctor, I was facing problem with acidity from throat pain something stuck in throat feeling for 3 to 4 months. Started lossing weight since last 2-3 months(4 kg), low on energy since 1 month (once or twice in a week). My weight is 58 kg and height 163 cm. Went for endoscopy, sonography and chest xray the result is GERD Pangastrities positive. Nothing found in sonography and xray. Consulated General physician and Gasentrologicst. I have B12 (97) and D3 (18)'defencincy. Medicine started for GERD for 1 month cource, and  B12 nasal srapy , D3 and multi vitamin. My concern is , is weight loss, low on energy, loss of appetite common with above issues ? What type of fruits and vegetables to consume ? How long does to take to heal GERD and feel energetic like early. Thank u.

I have had an adicity , and hours later I Started to expirence discomfort swallowing i.e I can feel the food when it reaches end of the esophagus. I am taking nexpro 40 Rd and sucral-o It has been 4 days and my symptoms persist. I can't opt for Endo due to covid in my area Is it something serious?

I am 24 year old unmarried woman. Facing gas problem from a really long time.took a lot of medication still nothing seemed working.i heard that taking 2 spoons of apple cider vinegar in glass of water daily helps in metabolism and weight loss, as i am 72kg i am thinking to try it. But i have gastric problem can i consume Apple cider vinegar, will it make my gastric problem even worse? please help me.

I have been suffering from Gas and indigestion from 15 year I have done a some test which enclose with this only one report which shows urine infection is Missing. My problem is that when I take medicine the symptoms goes and after some time its begin with constipation or pasty stool and then constipation and stabing like pain in right side and when take it moved to lower abdomens and stabing like pain in pelvic area and sometime after good bowel movements it cause excessive gas and when I do exercise gas pass and feel relax.Same time red rash on stomech and back side

I am experiencing constipation and diarrhea at the same time. Don't know if I am correct in medical terms. Since a week I feel a sudden urge to poop which causes pain like one you get in diarrhea. But wen I go to washroom,it goes away. I have noticing these symptoms on and off a lot lately . Can I correct these at home or should I consult a doctor.
