My father of age 62 years has suffring from fever for 4-5 days.thouh fever has gone still hiccups are exist.it is not yet stop. N.b.-he has taken medicines and use kadha and warm water for intake. Kindly help what needs to be done

Hello Doctors. I have burning from my upper stomach to my naval and also burning in the throat and chest for like 3 months now. And this happens every day. I have been prescribed medicines and i have taken them as well. But nothing has changed. I haven't done an endoscopy. Doctor has said that it is gastritis. Should i be going for an endoscopy to know the exact cause ??

This is happening first time to me from past 10 days , i have digestion problem because as i ate late in nighy during bedtime. Now , my nose becomes blocked while sleeping, couldnt able to sleep , lips became dried up and sometimes from left ear, humming sound cane be heard.

Sir, I belch continuously after one hour of having food and feel bloated. The condition goes worst and gas strike my head. I feel my head conjusted and my breath shortens. This problem is going with me from at about last 10 years.physiciations gave me pantaprazol,domperidon and many more but got no relief. I had consulted gastroenterologist in 2017 and there was no problem in USG report. One gastro diagnosed me migraine and referred to neuro. I took medicines for migraine for 2 years and got relief from headache but gas problem and irretating behaviour went on. Then I consulted psychiatrist and he suggested escitalopram oxalate. I also got relief from depression but my Belching and bloating problem still continues. Please suggest me what to do?

When I m inside or outside start suddenly pain for 10-15 min only.. and not to pain regularly. I hve many ultrasounds and cbc reports.
