My mother was fasting during Navaratri for 9 days. She was on fruits and light diet in the evening. She started having proper meal from morning. Now, she is having constipation. What should I do?

My Alt(sgpt) is increased by 137 u/l so what should i do, and what type of diet plan do i take to control my sgpt level

Took 55-60 tablets of zinc+ vitaminc+d3. Stopped it 10 days earlier. But still suffering from problems from acid reflux and feel burpy throughout the day even on empty stomach. Slight pain in legs and very mild headache. Taking ajwain with warm water but still no relief

In August end I found difficulties while digestioning i vomit food very frequently and also there was a swollen(lymph node) on my throat for more than past 6-7 months, but due to corona pandemic I didn't diagnosed it. But september 3rd i consult to a throat doctor about this he told me to go under few tests USG and then FNAC. FNAC test showed I am suffering from TB so doctor told me to go undergo TB medication and also at the same time i told him about my digestion and vomiting problem then he told me wrote some test again mainly blood test, x ray, and LFT(lever function test) . Test result showed there is some abnormalties in liver functioning due to this there is difficulty in food digestion. The doctor told me to consult any gaestroentologist before taking TB medicines but the place(name balurghat) where I am living have not single doctor related to gaestrology. So I started TB medicines after 25th Sep but after one week same digestion and  vomiting problem comes again.

I am a TB patient I started taking TB medicines from 25th sep 2020 but at the same I got problem in digestioning and I vomit everything wat I have eaten. So I ask doctor about it he wrote some tests like sugar test, blood test, x ray and LFT. When he saw the LFT result there is some increase in billirubin total(that was 2.23mg\dl) and x ray result showed 1.consolidation collapse noted in left lower zone. 2.Bilateral pleural effusion noted(left>right) 3.haemoglobin was low 7.8g\dl. Now I am not able to take my TB medicines becoz it impacted my liver very much and also I am not able to ingest food and vomit everthing.

Wavering in stomach this is not stopping even if I am using some medicines. It's stopping and coming.

Are there chances your gut can never recover back to normal after use of certain antibiotics? Please explain in detail. Thanks

It doesn't cure i used medicine on one month completely when I stop the medicine it was repeated and inflammed what is the reason.
