Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have to strain to pass my stool but my stool consistency is normal and soft as I do not pass hard stool . It doesn't happen daily but happens once or twice a week. I am able to pass stool daily. But still I have to strain to pass my stool even in morning and sometimes only little poop comes out.

My mouth taste is always bitter for 2 months that induces throwing up. When I take food and take some mouth refresher. It becomes normal. But after few minutes. It again gets better. I have also burping problem. When burp stops. My mouth taste gets more bitter which induces to throw up. And sometimes gas stucks in my stomach which leads to stomach pain. I have been taking pantaprozole capsules antacids simethicone syrup .every time when I take these medicines. Bitter taste increases and burping also increases. What is the reason behind all these??

I am experiencing mild pain in lower abdomen from past 2-3 days . The pain only triggers after I eat something , after urination and after defecation . Rest of the time its negligible .  Can someone suggest what can be the reason ?

(1)How much blood is loss In a day due to fissures (2) does stomach pain occurs due to fissures mine pain in left side only. My colonscopy, endoscopy, and sonography reports are normal conducted last year (3) I have fissures problem from last 5 years reported by doctors on physical examination only. I have visited so many doctors due to this problem and all of them confirmed fissures. But than why colonscopy report is normal I am on medicines but when I stop medicines fissures re appear un announced (4) it doesn't pain now initially it used to pain but not now but a lot of bleeding is there (5) I pass stool twice in a day. But some times is way too much like 5-7 times a day without bleeding or with bleeding as the case may be. (6) I normally eat home made food only and sometimes market food but I am like I don't. Want to eat anything always feeling bloating and a urge to vomit. Food seems difficult to swallow

Recently I was diagonised with Antral Gastritis with no infection,but after 7 days of medication when some symptoms still persisted doctor prescribed me antibiotics (HP kit) for 14 days,but after 14 days still I m having the symptoms back,hot flushes,gas, indigestion,unable to sleep at night due to gas,heaviness,bloating, indigestion..I m taking pantocid dsr on empty stomach and pankreoflat sorbilin 2 times after meal daily along with homeopathy medicines..please help me out - I m suffering for 4 months now, symptoms.

She has problem in motion. She motion is not clear from few days due to she can't able take food. she is unable to sit properly also

I have gastric problem from a very long time. i have put on some weight in this lockdown.now i am working out to loose my weight.in this process i am planning to eat coconut flour roti in replacement of rice just for one month. to prepare coconut flour roti it will be fixed with a spoon of psyllium husk for binding i guess .i heard psyllium husk will increase gas problem is that true.please help me.

I have been suffering from constipation and tighten lower abdomen and slight pain on pressing it . Is it because of colitis ? Is colitis and ucerative colitis same thing??

If gut bacteria decreases we get gastritis ??? How can I increase gut bacteria If I increase gut bacteria the gastritis will cure ?
