Stomach Problems & Remedies

Suffering from diarrhea since last 10-12 days. Had mild symptoms of smell and taste for 4-5 days around 20 days back. Taste and smell is almost back. Stomach feels like being pulled back while laying down. Also feels like numbness and tightness in stomach.

Feeling gastric issues. Stiff stomach due to gas. Feeling uneasy and having headache due to gas problem.

Sept 2017-started with IBS (frequent bowel movements (loose and semi liquid) especially after eating, Lactose and Gluten intolerance and problem in eating grains). Undigested food in stool very often. Lost 12kg weight in 2years. Occurence of hemorrhoids. Took some ayurvedic medicines and stopped taking lactose and gluten. Now from last 6 months again started taking lactose and gluten. Problems as on date- flat and narrow stool. Sometimes the stool becomes very narrow like wire. Sometimes can see grooves and ridges in stool .Can see a pinch of red blood sometimes in 15days in stool. Weight gained almost 10kg in last 6months. Very healthy with hb level very good. Lower back pain is an issue. Pls suggest what can be issue. I am 37 years healthy person.

Day before yesterday I feel a burning sensation in my stomach post stool early morning after few hours its settle down but today its again started its burning like any thing after morning stool but after talking breakfast etc its settle down to exten but its still there. Pl advice what to do.

Sononography report - Gaseous distension + CBC - normal Stool - normal Constipation since a year Abdominal pain since a year which disappears after a minute Pungent urine smell, literally could smell urine smell through my pants . Intense Hair fall and thinning , pattern baldness since 6months . Facial beard is thick and dense (no harmonal problem, no genetical problem)

Hello doctor. My child is only 3 year old., He eat everything. But at a time of passing stool. He became uncomfortable, because stool came out is very big like adult persons stool and very hard. Just like a whole cucumber came out. I try many things. But everything works temporarily.. If I started to give him medicine, then he will pass soft stool ..but as soon as I stop medicine then again he started with hard and big stool.. I don't mind hard stool...but the size of stool is like a big cucumber. Even adult person don't . Please help me.

Hello doctor, my mother is 52 years old from 2-3 years she feels nauseaous and gaseous, constipated and cant eat properly due to same. weight reduces but increases also. doctor suggested abdominal ultrasound which showed Gas Filled Non Dilated Bowel Loops. what does this mean exactly?
