Stomach Problems & Remedies

Yesterday I was having pain in my right side of the back, by night time the pain shifted to my stomach. I face a lot of gas and acid reflux problems since about a year and almost once No other problems or symptoms. I have visited multiple doctors throughout the year without any relief. As of now I consulted a doctor and they suggested appendicitis surgery. I need a second opinion on how do I decide for the surgery. Please advise of all possible symptoms and detection methods.

I had got removed my hip implant a month back and all was going fine till few days,from past 4 days I have severe fatigue,hear palpitations,always sleepy,shortness of breath,dull and dull pain in left side abdomen.i suffer from GERD and mild hiatus hernia from few years.i even suffer from UTI frequently but no symptoms of it.what could be the reason behind it.full body a kind of muscle pain dullness.what can it be and what should be done next.i suffer from IBS also from many years.can it be a silent UTI.

I have lower abdomen pain, rectal pain and frequent urge to poop since 3 weeks...My usg ultrasound was normal except mild fatty liver with normal lft....my Cbc is also fine... is stool routine, stool ph n reducing substances enough? Hi , For certain breath related and GERD related issues I have been facing burping, food and liquid coming out of the esophagus and it has been hindering with my day to day activities. I have been on medication but all it does is give relief for a short duration of time. I have attached an X-Ray image of my lungs. XRay taken just to make sure for detecting any lung problems. Please let me know how to proceed further. (Don't mind the blue light in the xray)

Hello, My mom had stomach issues 5days ago. She was on normaxin and rinifol for last 5 days. She had acidity and low bp as well digestion problem. Her bp used to be 102-98/65-62 last 5 days. Now her bp is 102/76 today. But still feels little weak. Can she take covid vacaccine today, as she have a schedule appointment today??

Myself Gowtham Im final year MBBS student...problem is at age of 16 i developed anxiety from that day my digestion changed what ever I eat it get deposited around thigh waist arm...no regular bowel movement..if I go for washroom lot of gas...i have developed eigastric discomfort...always feel tired...my arms and legs are weak...I feel discomfort if I dont go for motion...really it's making me fat very fast instead of eating less food..pls tell me ..what has happened and what I should do
