Chronic Pan gastritis
There is fibrosis with moderate infiltrate of lymphocytes, plasma cells and few eosinophils in the lamina propria My endoscopy done and they took a piece of tissue from my stomach and I got above lines in my result. what that means. Due to Covid I am not able to make a visit to doctor Please tell is this the Autoimmune Gastritis or not. They also told me to do CBC but every parameter in that test is normal

Autoimmune gastritis is uncommon but still there is possibility Better if I know your symptoms May be crohns disease, need treatment accordingly
