My 3 year son does not eat enough from last 7 days then 4 days ago he suffered from fever gave him paracetamol and fever cured within o ne day ,next day he did vomitting and gave him rantac znd then ok,today morning he vomit 3 times and 7-8 times he did loose motion now what to do?he does not drink ors

I burp a lot. I have been using pantop tablet but still get burps. This is very irritating to me. I won't eat oily and spicy foods. Dropped tea/coffee since 15 days. I feel like vomiting if I drink water early in the morning. Sometimes I feel like, even though I'm hungry, I don't feel like eating. The moment food goes inside into the stomach, I get burps.
