Stomach Problems & Remedies

During upper GI endoscopy for my mother , a 4 mm polyp was found which was given for biopsy . Biopsy report came with the following "Adenomatous polyp with low grade dysplasia" . What does it mean ?

I am attaching my report of blood test as well as USG REPORT FROM LAST 2 MONTH I am suffering from elevated bilirubin and  liver enzymes

As much of your investigation that I had done all the tests, nothing came out and no blood is coming out from the toilet.

Dr.I was having chest pain and blood had come from my toilet for a few days and also from the mouth. There was a lot of test results in it, nothing came out, I had trouble eating and also had trouble breathing and chest pain.  It was just a problem and still it is the problem.

Sir, I have got diarrhea some 22 days back and it got treated by norflox medicine in 3 days but some bloating pain gas and heart burn remained so I have taken rabetero L and sucrafil 0 for that it again got treated but the pain is still there which come sometimes in front chest then left and right chest , sometimes in between shoulder blades.sometimes I feel pain in left hand , legs and lower back too. I can not understand what is it. My BP is also normal 117/80 . I am taking IzraD 40 prescribed by my doctor for acid reflux but this moving pain is still there and it is mild in nature not disturbing but sometimes irritating. I have done chest x-ray also and it is normal

Am suffering from too much has in my stomach. Daily morning when I wake up immediately my stomach starts to growl like some one can listen and it leads to chisel and fart.. please suggest me

Which stool test is to be done if we have pain in stomach. Stool examination (routine) or stool culture?

From 1 year he have uncontrollable and excessive gas, sometimes he can't even walk because of gas and sometime chest and left hand pain ,his ECG is normal. His appetite is fine. Heart palpitations because of gas. He tried homeopathy med he was fine for some day and it started again and medicine didn't worked further. doctor gave him enzymes cap and zyntac and it worked for some days and again gas started. Every medicine works only for some days for him. Everything is fine except gas.

I am frequently getting burping And headache And chest burning ... Throat paining Is there any relationship between gerd and headache

It take me to 40 minuites for toilet. Some time trouble and pain comes. Water intake is less because i dont feel thrusty! Plz is any solution for this. Thanks
