Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have seen numerous doctors for my weight gain. I don't have PCOD, Thyroid, diabetes issues. Doctor generally told me that my metabolism is slow at cellular level and there is low absorption. Recently, my bilirubin is 1.4 indicating high levels, my hemoglobin is 11.5 with regualr I take of dexoorange tablets. My weight is is 75kg and Height is 5 feet. I really want to work on my weight. My diet contains only home cooked food with balance of Dal, sabzi, salads with appropriate quantity. I avoid outside food coz I don't like it very much..no soda..no tea or coffee. I don't excerise much coz I get fever and too much fatigue. Please guide me in the right direction.

We have taken abdomen ultrasound and found my wife is having subcutaneous abscess in lower abdomen, she had c section 4 months back, is that the reason for abscess , is this serious issue?

Sir/Mam I am 30 years active man, I m physically very active working in army , many times I feel like very weakness and it feels like core weakness simultaneously very unwanted thaouts are comminng in mind like I will die or something , I am unable to even stand , and gas also forms, I feel like irritation. Hi From last 6 days I am getting pain in upper left stomach. When I touched feeling little swollen upper left stomach compared to right side. Today consulted physician. Did Abdominal scam and result is everything normal except right kidney has small 3mm stone. Given Rabicip D and Hyocax S for 5 days. After 5 days if symptoms exist advised endoscopy. Just to inform 8-9 days back I have taken one azithromicin 500 tablet (1day) and Montek LC 3 tablets (3 days), Now I am not using these and above doctor prescribed tables just today started. Please advise me and bit tensed on this pain and swollen part

I can't swallow pills , is rabeprazole (rabifast DSR) available in liquid form ? Or can I open the capsule and take it ? Please suggest a alternative form of pill/capsule .

My mom has post covid issues .she had covid on 5 th Dec and was treated @ home Symptoms: Acidity since 2 months ,reflux burping & belching ,passing gas One dr has given medicine antibiotics for h.pylori Another dr has said endoscopy and advised pantrapozole + domperidone and a digestive syrup Thyroid & stool test is normal .wanted your kind guidance She has taken manier medicine during covid ..hence I suppose she has this issue Plz advise .she had also lost 10 kgs in last 6 months due to vertigo & spondylosis before covid Plz help if she could take something to build up her health too.will be obliged
