I have gastric and acid reflux from two years nowadays feeling to uncomfortable 😞 please suggest me medicine

Having gas problems pain in left side uper abdomen.body swelling.laziness.i take pan 40 but not relief irritate bowl syndrome.

I'm having diarraha from morning. Also my period have been started from morning too. My anus was burring & stomach was paining a lot. I this condition Which food should i eat, i can't understand. Pls suggest me what can i eat.

I have eaten some curry 4 days ago and since then evening i have been facing gas issues.. chest pain and stomach pain. I was burping constantly and farting and feeling unwell.. since then i started taking pan D and Unienzyme .. next day my stomach pain has recovered but my chest felt trapped. And a pan through my ribs . I started taking omez D and carmoenzyme and my chest pain has recovered but i still feel like gas is trapped in my chest.. My blood Oxygen level is normal (99) and i didnot have a fever  but i still feel uncomfort in breathing amd trapped.. what should i do now?

I was prescribed Bandy Plus chewable tablet by a doctor in practo.. I accidentally swallowed it with water instead of water.. Will the medicine not work now? Do i need to take another dose?

Dear Sir/Madam The patient was suffering with a very strong stomach pain and burning sensation inside the stomach and chest. She also has fever ....not ver high but arounnd 99-100 degree. After taking the medicine ( Cintodac, Providac, and Cobadex CSZ) stomech pain and and burning sensation is lowering. But, fever still persist. Do you suggest some medication for her? She also has bitter taste in mouth. Thanking you

I have constipation problem from one year. I take 'pet safa granules' daily Otherwise I don't have bowel movements.

Attaching my mother's gastric biopsy report . There is 4 mm adenoma polyp which needs polypectomy . My question is how much is the urgency for that ? Because I want to wait till Covid situation gets stable then opt for polypectomy.
