Stomach ache scene 3 days and bloody stool. Not able to eat or not feeling hungry, cramps in sides of stomach and frequent bowel movement.

My son age is 12 yars and last 4 days he is not going to motion kindly advise. Yesterday we put anima after that he go to two times. Today also not going, he is taking food, morning time he was doing exercises. Kindly advise.

Last week fever was there for a day and throat infection...took Tab Azee500mg,  Tab Ivermectin 12mg , Tab Vitamin C 500mg , Tab Cobadex CZS , Tab Dolo 500mg ,montair lc. Now loose motion 5-6 times a day from past 3 days...gave probiotic capsules but not much help...rtpcr -ve...please suggest a medicine...70 years old.
