Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

When I do fasting without water, after 10 to 12 hours hives and itching occured my whole body. After eating or drinking it gone automatically. What is the reason, what should I do?

I face frequent pimples and acne marks. My skin is very sensitive and my skin gets irritated if I do any home made remedy.

I have been given isotretionoin 10 mg now ( earlier heavy dose) and apraize 30 on regular basis by doctor. My dr. Says its incurable like diabetes & i have to take meds for whole my life.Is it true or there is a permanent cure. I know about Adalimumab injection but i am relucatant to take it.

My skin is coming out like powder from whole body,in spite of regular oil and cream application. While lying skin powder is like spreading on sheet.
