I had an accident in January and now my on face has some marks. I had used medicines and gel which is suggested by doctors but still marks are same

I'm working in the entertainment industry and just got scratched by my dog on my face. It is scratched badly with some bleeding. Bleeding had stopped and I have put some skin glue on top of it. I'm afraid it'll leave a big ugly scar on my face. Can you please advise on what to do so I do get a long lasting scar? It's urgent as I also have an assignment next week.

I am having some skin allergy from past 4 to 5 days. I have small rashes on skin which is red in color and feels like itching. I had visited some cow farm before a week. I do not know whether it started due to it or not but after that I am having this problem. Could you suggest few medicines for the rashes to disappear and also to get rid of itching sensation.
