Hello Doctor, Hope you're doing well.
I'm Goutham, 23 years of age. Working as a Software Engineer.
I've pimples, white heads on my face and small bump like things (not sure if they are pimples) on my nose and dark spots on the forehead and under the eyes and wrinkles and minute holes on my face due to previous pimples. Could you please tell me what should I do to make my face look fair and without pimples and dark spots and wrinkles.
Could you please help me regarding this sir / ma'am?

Treatment depends on the grade...Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

A proper skin care routine depends on texture of your skin,tone and colour of skin and any pathologies like acne/tanning/pigmentation. So need a detailed history and photo or a video consultation to help you with a proper skin care routine
