Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Respected Doctor My son is facing serious dandruff issue. With red patches and itching. Some times small small blisters. We have used different anti dandruff products, shampoos but it is not completely going. Need your support. How to reduce this problem for my son Kindly suggest

Dr recommended me to apply diprovate lotion but post that I could see increase in my hair fall. Is it possible although the dr denies it. Prior to that that I was on medication for eradicating h pylori infection. During that I could see a sudden increase in the growth of my hair but after stopping the supplements the growth slowed down. Should I also stop diprovate lotion

I've been suffering from hive like allergy called urticaria since mid august 2023. Initially, I was asked to take antihistamine everyday, then after a few months i started taking alternatively. Now i dont get too much hives hut itchy bumps on skin here and there. Like 6-7 at a time and they leave scabs. I take antihistamine every 3rd now. Is there a permanent cure to it? Im also following proper diet, drink juice and coconut water every now and then.

I started having pimples and acne in 2020 showed to a lot of doctors but nothing helped. Now I have closed comedons ask over my forehead, I keep getting pimples on the same place and I have scars and textured bumpy skin now. I'm thinking of going on accutane. Accutane 30mg to be precise, since I'm 61kgs. I don't have pcos, it's purely hormonal imbalance. Should I start with accutane?

I see one of the hand finger nail changing colour and seems like some fungal infection. The nail has thin white lines on top. Any quick cream for treatment? My father is 67 yrs old, has sugar and high bp.

All of a sudden I have these blisters on my right hand just below the wrist and its itching. Though its not too many but its in sort of a group with 3-4 blisters and there are about 3 scattered groups. I dont have any medical history or ongoing treatment or issues

I never use to get pimples or blemishes. And i use to have very fair, smooth and glowy skin.One year before, i came to banglore from delhi There was change in food habit and environment. My skin starts getting tanned. I started using sunscreens TAC ayurdveda which is fine as it is really helpful in protecting the skin from sun damage. Though my skin is jot tanned anymore but now i am suffering from pimples and blemishes. Its around 3-5 months i have started getting pimples and blemishes over my cheeks.  I consulted a doctor and he said that i am suffering from acne and PIH problem. I am 33 years old now.  He prescribed some medicines: kojiglow gold  facelin and doxy 1 L-DR Forte capsule. I am under medication since 20 days but there is no change. Blemishes are still there and new pimples are also coming. Medicines are not showing any effect. I drink plenty of water and there is no change in food habit since one year. I have started using mamaearth salicylic acid with teatree  facewash
