Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Propysalic nf lotion has more steroid or nanovate cream? Which is good for contact dermatitis cure? Does they heal cracks on skin because of the problem. I also have pain will they help to ease it quickly?

I'm a 33 year old IT professional female having 2.7year old kid. Recently I am facing a lot of hairfall and I have noticed my hair has become dull and frizzy. My skin has also gotten dull. I believe stress is something that is causing this but I think there is some deficiency in me. Please suggest some remedies.

Hi I've contact dermatitis on my feet. My trigger point is detergents and hard water. I've used few medicines prescribed by dermatologist but it is again and again coming back. It's very painful and itchy. Prescribed medications were nanovate cream( clobetasol proportionate ip cream)and few moisturizers. I've also used propysalic nf lotion. But nothing works any other medicines or ointment that can work. Please suggest me.
