I consulted a dermat almost a month ago for acne scars and he prescribed me clindamycin and adapalene gel. I know they are used for active acne but they are not helping me in my hyperpigmentation. And I consulted him for hyperpigmentation only. I've been using eritop cream and adapalene gel for almost a month now with ahaglow fase wash but I'm not seeing any difference. I think it became worse as the scars are darker now. I bought the ordinary aziderm 10% suspension and alpha arbutrin serum on my own after research. What should I use

I have been taking finasteride from 3 years and using minoxidil from 2 months and also had two sessions of prp. But still having severe hair fall.
