Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have taken three 4th gen tests (ELFA, ECLIA AND CMIA), three hiv antibody tests alongwith HIV RNA Qualitative test for a possible exposure 10-11 years ago from reputed labs such METROPOLIS, ATULYA , THYROCARE and SRL, and all tests came out negative/ not detected. How conclusive and reliable the test results be considered or further tests are required or could these tests be false negative for such an old exposure?

Recently got vampire facial from a professional...it's day 2 after treatment but still the treated area at my cheek looks very red and it doesn't appear as microinjury rather as abrasion ...she was definitely more aggressive over this area and it was paining ...is this normal or will it scar

Hi, I have acne issue from past few years and I recently visited a dermatologist and she had given a medicine which is Acutret 30mg - Isotretinoin tablet for 6 weeks for now. I read on the medicine and it's side effects which made me panic and feared to use the medicine. Please advise if it's advisable to take the medicine and will there be any side effects in future like infertility or any major health issues. Along with that I have also got few day and night creams. Also the doctor is a well known dermatologist and she has been suggesting this medicine to most of her patients. I'm 27 and unmarried I'm planning to get married in the next 6 to 8 months, will this tablet affect my health later or in the future? Also as per her suggestion I have taken few blood tests and also I am attaching the prescription for your perusal. Please do help me out on advising if I can take the medicine or not. Sir /madam, From start of the summer .I have severe itching under my beard infront of neck .This is happening frequently .I am applying calamine lotion but also it is not controlling whenever my beard hair touches the bottom of neck it is tickling .can you please say wat is the problem and please tell me a solution to this .
