Is it okay to use Acnil if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

Itchy, redish-pink infection(bumps with yellow pus) on arm after a insect (bed bugs) bite. Applied mupirocin ointment for 1 week ,no improvement seen even got a little worse. What  infection might this be and any treatment suggestions?

On 3rd April I applied tretinoin at night and on next day I went out in sunlight for 1 hr without using sunscreen and now my face becomes dark. It's been 4months since my face became dark it doesn't get any better. I am using luwis lite cream for 20 minutes at evening.

I have been applying deriva cms gel from past 15 days on recommendation of a dermatologist because of which my skin is getting peeled and it's so irritating that I manually peel it sometimes which has led to skin darkening around chin and nose (probably blood clotting) Please help if it will be okay by itself and should I continue using the gel?
