Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am facing full body itching at night only. I tried to moisture the body using moisturizer and but it did not worked. Itching starts when I go to sleep, inside blanket or when body starts becoming warm. Now I have also started seeing small red dots in some parts of the body.

I am having anal warts and doctor gave me podowart and also gave gardasil 9 first dose. After applying podowart for two days i had burns my skin around anus and lower vagina turned white and swelled. The swelling has reduced but now i have red skin and cuts and slight bleeding from one part. What do i use?

Hello, I'm 33 years old man who noticed thinning of hair in the front and consulted a doctor. Doctor asked me to take hair supplements & suggested to use Minoxidil + Finasteride tropical solution. I have been using this for a while and I notice even after applying Minoxidil for a year, my hairs are still falling. Like when I wake up I see hairs on my pillows (I'm talking about 20-30 small hair follicles ) and even while combing these 30-40 hair shed off. Is this normal while taking minoxidil ? Also after I started using Minoxidil my hair is experiencing bad dandruff and flakes. I used anti fungal shampoo but they didn't work as good, any recommendations on how can I manage my dandruff while on Minoxidil?

My 5 month old son have eczema since birth. Would you recommend homeopathy treatment or allopathy treatment? Right now we are using topical steroids which doing well but as soon as we take a break the rebound effects are very strong. I can't keep going with the steroids forever and need to know will my 5 month old will ever get better? My husband have some type of eczema on his hand since the COVID.
