Premature grey hair
Hello,
I am 31 years old and I started having grey hair since 4 years. It became heavy in the last year.
Are there any solutions to stop the further grey hair.
Any supplement to be taken.
I have seen few hair products claiming to turn the grey hair to black again. Is that possible.
Please suggest any hair care products too.

My uncle is facing this since 2 years
