Dandruff can be treated with shampoo and lotion. It is also important to differentiate between oilyness or seborrhoeic dermatitis both of which present with white scales on the scalp. Please consult online for proper treatment

Hello, Dandruff in children can be caused by various factors, including dry scalp, fungal infections, or other scalp conditions. While shampoos might provide temporary relief, it's essential to address the underlying cause. Since your daughter is experiencing persistent dandruff and hair fall, I recommend consulting a dermatologist for a detailed evaluation and appropriate treatment plan. In the meantime: 1. **Use a gentle, child-friendly, anti-dandruff shampoo** twice a week. Avoid harsh products. 2. **Keep her scalp moisturized** with natural oils (like coconut oil) but ensure you wash it off to prevent buildup. 3. Ensure she has a **balanced diet** rich in vitamins, minerals, and proteins to promote healthy hair growth.
Next Steps
For a tailored approach, please book an online consultation with me to discuss this further and ensure the right care for your daughter. I'm here to assist you.
