I have a red mark on my nose from a pimple that I picked. Will it go away on its own, or should I treat it?

On my right hand I have lots of fungal type spots and acnes since last night. These are very painful. What is it and what could be done to cure it ?

Hi sir/madam I have itching after bathing since 5-6 years , primarily affecting my arms, chest, and legs. Occasionally, itching also occurs after sweating. This itching lasts for about 15-20 minutes and then subsides, returning to normal. The itching is quite irritating. However, there are no rashes or marks present when the itching occurs. Have got skin infection, was called by doc as fungal infection. It's not going away and occurs again after some time. Redness, itchy skin is bothering and I sense of it spreading too beyond groin area.

Are there any risks associated with acne scar treatments?
