Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Dear doc! I am having dry skin from 3-4 years, it comes and goes. Skin gets dry and peels off both in palms and foot. Also their are red spots on plams and legs, it too comes and goes back. I have attached a picture, u can see red spots, but sometimes there are more spots than this both for foot and palm, not itching associated.

Can I visit a dermatologist for epidermal cyst in scrotum? There is always a mild pain. A dermatologist because I already have other dermatological issues.

A severe hair fall occurred for the last few years . I have been diagnosed with PCOS. I'm so depressed 😭 due to my hair fall. No hair growth. My PCOS treatment is going on. Please suggest some hair serum, shampoo or hair oil so that the ratio of hairfall and hair growth is manageable.

I have been using 311nm NBUVB handheld machine for Psoriasis. I have been using it for 5 mins daily for last 3 months. I have read online that though NB , it's still cancerous.Can you please suggest on its safety & how much of daily does should I use and should I continue it or not.

I have used methotrexate 2.5mg for psoriasis.But I have nerve weakness and when ever I take this medicine,.my head nods.
