Hi, Is it safe to use rosemary oil / rosemary water for hair while breastfeeding a five month old baby?

I have less volume short hair which becomes very frizzy in humid weather. I also have a oily scalp so I have to shampoo every 2 days to keep oil and dandruff off my scalp. I am living in Shillong now and after shampoo my hair doesn't look good as the hair gets tangled and frizzy. Can you please a conditioner or a shampoo which can help control the frizz.

Hi I have noticed very small bruise mark( jaisa injury ke baad hota he, dark purple ), but after 4 days i realised that the mark has increased in size , is it normal or concerning.
