Hello,
Pain in different points on the scalp without bumps or itching could be due to a condition called trichodynia (scalp tenderness), which is often associated with stress, tension, or inflammation in the hair follicles. It may also indicate an underlying scalp issue, such as tension headaches, nerve sensitivity, or even early signs of conditions like alopecia areata.
Next Steps
I recommend an online consultation to evaluate your symptoms further and provide tailored advice to address this discomfort. I am happy to help you with this.
