I want to know why my vitiligo patches are lighter because when it was started I had a darker white patches but now I also have a some other develop patches but they patches are in a lighter white colour . So i want to know is it my lighter patches of vitiligo will become fully white And i also have alot of pimples; black heads and white heads so what I should do

Dermatologist told it is Pityriasis alba but even after applying tbis ointment, gracecort cream and duvitin lotion its got brighter. Is it P. Alba? How long will it take to go ? Why is it increasing? Hey , am in my teenage year and it's really affecting my self confidence this stubborn pigmentation and comedones along with dark acne marks . I have tried 2% salicylic acid for the comedones from zitcare and it seems to work . But for the pigmentation and dark marks i don't seems to get anything . Also some told me to use demelan or pigmentation but am afraid it will make my skin sensitive or maybe damage it more can you prescribe something for me ..
