Does consuming sugar tea and coffee daily cause hairloss and baldness? Does drinking Sugar-sweetened beverages like sprite ,coke cause hairloss and baldness?

Hi doctor ,below attached image shows the skin rash on 3year old boy skin,only rash is seen on body but not on face and also no itching.no swelling is seen .

1.5 month back I had chicken pox all over my body. It gave me black marks. I consulted doctor for it and i was given medicine but very little change has happened and marks are still there.
