I have been struggling with this issue since a very long time now. But recently I got one nodule kind of thing on cheek near eye. Last night I popped up as it showed unusual colour changes but next morning it got spread like a patch and I feel there some kind of septic has happened it's causing a burning sensation. I have pcos and currently struggling with the acne scars . As I have excessive hair growth I often use facial razor , I tried waxing earlier but it caused cystic acne on my face . I feel so with razor some in grown hair are left and it is causing acne on my jaw area and neck more and currently i am also seeing pigmentation due to the acne scars. Could you please recommended what to type of ointment, medication will be best suited. Thank you
