Abrasions on finger knuckles
I recently fell from stairs due toh which my skin on finger knuckles scraped and I had abrasions . I covered the wound with bandage in initial 24 to 48 hours . Now I am applying neosporin on those wounds and not covering them with bandaid anymore . Will it leave scars ? How should I ensure that there should be minimal scarring .

The wound looks superficial. Ideally it should not scar much. The lesion looks inflamed and infected at this point.
Next Steps
Consult for proper prescription
Health Tips
Better to avoid neosporin as it a common cause of allergy
