Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I'm using clocip ointment since 4 days but there is no effect. I have itching over that area and ringworm size has increased. Kindly help.

I have been suffering from weird problem. The natural disposition of my hair is coarse rough and thick. But lately my hair has turned soft smooth and thin. My beard hair also used to prick when touched as they were very hard, rough, thick, coarse But those hair also have become soft, smooth, thin and fine. It is accompanied by decrease in quality of my general health.
