I suffering from alopecia areata since Aug 2019...i had alot of treatments but no improvement..i am worried about my current situation...my eye brows and eye lashes also completely fallen..it can be cured or not

I have eaten medicine for 14 days but it doesn't work else it increases the rashes in the body. Please help

I have a boil on my upper lip due to which my upper lip has immensely swollen. I have difficulty in eating and speaking. A few days ago I had boil on the other side of the upper lip. Can anyone explain what could be the reason behind the boils? Please also suggest some medicine or home remedy to treat it. Currently I am cleaning the boil with hot water and cloth.

I am getting white flakes and itching in my scalp from last 20 days. I used scalpel shampoo but it increased the itching and flakes I guess.
