Hi I have a round hardened skin in scalp. Image attached. I tend to take it off with my nails but it forms again. This has become a habit. How do I get rid of it. Thanks

Hi Doctor, Since few days I observed that my palms becoming white & shrink when i take bath or do hand wash. My skin becomes white & shrink in 10-15 second after water pour on hands. Later my skin comes back to normal when water dries. I wash my hands frequently with liquid hand wash. Is this could be the reason? Could you please suggest what medicines need to be taken? For your reference I attached photo of my palm

Hey i have a acne issue and i've Consult a doctor and he has prescribed me a cream called kz cream ( by h&h )and when i purchased it from one of my family medical . He told me that its a fungal cream and treated for some other issues. Why your doctor is giving it for acne and pimples . So i was lill confused ! So can u guys help me in it ?
