Lipoma treatment
I have lipoma near neck on shoulder like 25+ years. It only bothers me when I workout espeically shoulder workout like barbell lifting. Can it be treated without surgery? also what would be the best test to see the size of lipoma? It is not painful. but when muslces become tight during workout i feel mild pain and tightness.

Dry Finger
The outer skin of ring finger on right hand has been feeling very different from others. It feels very dry and pains occassionally. It gets very rough.
