Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I've had acne on my face, on and off for 2 years. But they were never that severe or permanent. But since 2 3 months, my full face has covered with acne and I have tried many things to get rid of them. Home remedies and Retino-A Tretinoin Cream 0.05%. But it just got worse and now my entire face is full of acne and its red. Acne size is quite small and it's spreaded on forehead cheeks and sides of the face. Very small bumps all over the face. Please help me out with this. It's really irritating my skin and after the usage of Retino-A Tretinoin Cream my skin has peeled off a little and everything I apply, even moisturiser is giving a burning sensation.

First I got a spot  which after sometime became itchy after some days it spread on all over the leg under knee and now it became blackish in colour

My skin on face getting darker, my actual complex is fair skin but since last 1 year it is getting darker without even going to sunlight. And intermittently getting red spots with itching.

Itching, inflammation and redness at finger tips and crevices Fluid filled blisters with slight swelling Lasts for 2-3 weeks and then dries off and then re appears Has been happening for last 2 months. No known allergies and not seen across other body parts.

My hands skin get dried up even when I touch the water. It appears like bulgy white skin. It doesn't hurt. Sometimes I just scratch it gently n remove the dried skin like dead cells. But m scared now...I have attached a picture as well. It's less so far but when I wash clothes or use detergent it gets worst. Could u please suggest me something.

My finger is having this mark from 3-4 years. And it's size is increasing very slowly. Itching is there only when some liquid or cream is used by me. It get white in color after coming from bath. Please help what kind of decease is this? Will it expand to other places as well?

Was facing weight loss and loss of appetite now resolved. Vitamin d deficiency at 7. 8 now resolved.Iron 64 and b12 187 was less but not very deficient
