Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Not sure what happened at night.. but in the morning I woke up with a bit swollen eye. It was burning and itching. There is some weird scratch mark on my eye lid.. may be it's an insect bite. Please suggest what I should do to make it go. PFA images..

Applied permethrin 5% creame on whole body 3 times 1 week apart. took ivertmicin 3 weeks apart. still new new rashes and very itchy.

Hi, I have been having some dandruff issues with my beard for queit some time now. On online research, it shows that the same has been occuring due to some fungal infection. I also keep shaving my beard every alternative week, still the drandruff keeps evolving further. Attching an image of a sample I took this morning before shave. Please suggest what should I do now. Much thanks in advance.

In one week I feel that pain in my body, some time stomach pain, Headache,Does not feel like eating and drinking.

As my father is having little diabetic and bp. He gets itching on his neck and arms and after itching that places becomes dry and dry skin comes out and after it white skin can be seen through out the neck. Red papules on my private part since last 3 month, while taking medicines i feel comfortable and when i stopped medicine the problem started again.
