Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Since last one-two months my hands are getting all dried up and it has become very rough I have applied lotion, alovera gel everything but nothing is working. This has started ever since I started using hand wash more than usual what should I do. Please suggest something. Thank you Doctor.
