Is it good to take lip balm in refrigerator because due to sunmer season they melting and it is difficult to apply on lips

Hi, I have noticed from last few months that whenever I scratch my skin anywhere, the scratched portion turns red within a few seconds. Even if the scratch pressure is low it still happens. Why is this happening? I had dengue in 2015 and right now I have Silent Stomach Reflux. Also my tonsils have been dark red from two months now. Please help.

I sweat profusely above my neck area(whole head, face and neck) when I am doing any physical activity even a little work in summers. I got completely drenched with sweat as if I would have taken a shower. It does not stop untill I get under a fan or some airy place. Its gets very difficult to keep working and focus on the work I am doing.
